For those who may not have seen this article (from the FT on 19/20), it was a look at the Johnnie Walker family against some of its leading blended competitors. I will put it up in the articles section of this site by the end of January 2008. It's a good question, Leopoldo, and the answer is a banal one: problems of space.

I would loved to have included the Buchanan blends, as well as a number of others, but it was already a squeeze to get everything in and many cuts were required. But in general blends don't get enough coverage, and I hope to return to this subject again in the FT at a later date. Perhaps a look at Buchanans is a good idea!
