Your article of 12/29/07 in the Financial Times. We read with great interest your article ""Moved by the Spirit"" published in the FT of 12/29/07. We have contacted different liquor stores in the Philadelphia area, however, we cannot locate your #1 Glenfiddich 12 Year Old. Most of the stores only carry 12 Year Old Special Reserve. We also noticed that in your article the picture next to #1 indicates Glenfiddich 15 Year Old. Looking forward to receiving your comments. Thank you.From:

In brief, Danielle, it is indeed the 12 Year Old Special Reserve which I tasted; the photo was wrong. (Though the 15 Year Old is a fine dram, too). See also the short blog entry posted this morning January 13 2008 ...
